Molecular Evolution is a fast-paced and wide ranging field at TSRI. To stimulate cross-laboratory interactions, we focus on the roles of molecular evolution in two areas of great importance to biomedical science – immunology and host-pathogen interactions – while also emphasizing the development and application of evolutionary tools in the laboratory. Members of each supergroup hold monthly research meetings, to which all participants are welcome.
